Field measurements and observations are made of water balance components at a range of spatial and temporal scales. This Technical Memorandum describes the methods developed for processing, archiving and use of the field data from the automatic climate stations, the rainfall sites, the streamflow monitoring sites, the soil moisture monitoring program and evaporation measurements based on the Bowen ratio method
