Subject(s): Summary: The preparation of scientific papers and manuscripts often requires the inclusion of Greek letters and scientific symbols. For a word processor to be suited to scientific work it must be able to meet the more rigorous demands made by the inclusion of special characters. The MultiMate/Multimate Advantage word processor for the IBM personal computer has been extended to provide these facilities. This extension may also be adapted to other word processing systems.
